Screen Recording Troubleshooting
Starting from Imagicle 2025.Winter.1 release, two new logs are accessible from Windows Event Viewer, within Applications and Services Logs
directory: EkisaOperations.SDKApp
and EkisaRuntime.SDKDebug

If Screen Recording’s UCX Suite integration is disabled when there are still some recorded sessions, import/delete jobs keep trying to perform their task until they are all accomplished. This is because those jobs are not aware about actual integration status.
If the integration is disabled and Ekisa Screen Server is turned off, failed jobs are reported in above logs.
