How to change UCX Suite standard http port

Description:

How to change the default http port (80) used by UCX Suite

Solution:

  1. Open IIS Management console

  2. Select the site that contains the applications fw and fwlibe

  3. Right-click and select "properties" on IIS6 or "Binding" on IIS7

  4. Edit standard port

  5. Open the file {program files}\StonevoiceAS\Apps\BillyBlues\Engine\Web\Versions\BB\@AppSettings.config

  6. Go to line <add key="SAS_SESSION_PAGE" value="http://localhost/fw/apps/fw/api/get-username.asp" />

  7. If has been set the port 80 change the word "localhost" in "localhost:8080" and save it

  8. Stop and start the site or perform an IIS reset

If Contact Manager is in use from cisco IP phones, please modify the URL in CUCM by adding :8080 after the name or server IP address.
