After the upgrade to Spring 2021.3.1.h2 the Presence.Lync.Connector.Service doesn't start

Description

When UCMA gateway runtime 3.0 is installed on the suite, the service Presence.Lync.Connector.Service won't start.

The following error can be found in the event viewer:


Service cannot be started. System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.Exchange.WebServices, Version=15.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.
File name: 'Microsoft.Exchange.WebServices, Version=15.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35'

Solution

Edit <StonevoiceAS>\Apps\Presence\Component\Assembly\Presence.Lync.Connector.Service.exe.config
Add the following lines after the row 35 in the privatePath attribute of the proibing tag:
```
Lib\Microsoft.Exchange.WebServices;
Lib\MailBee;
```
Start the service again
