How to customize Queue Manager/Autoattendant/Budget Control and Stone Fax reports' logo

Description:

This article describes how to change the logo included into QME, IVR, Budget Control and StoneFax reports.
Billy Blue's reports logo is not affected by this procedure. It is still customizable from Imagicle web portal. 

How-to:

• Please access your Imagicle server via Remote Desktop or locally and go to the following folder:

C:\Program Files (x86)\StonevoiceAS\Settings\Enterprise\CustomLogos

In this folder, copy your new logo making sure the name has the following format: report.ext, where ext can be png, jpg or jpeg. No other formats are supported.
Suggested image resolution is 110x70 pixels. If the image is bigger, it will be automatically resized.
Your new customized logo is immediately adopted in all QME/IVR/BDG/FAX reports and it is replicated into an Imagicle HA cluster.

• Open a command prompt and type iisreset

This feature is currently NOT multi-tenant, so the logo is the same for all companies.
